The service is based on making available the parts of the book that the indexer relies upon as main sources for indexing the different vessels in both descriptive and objective aspects.
Indexing and turnkey shelving services
Indexing depends on the same sources approved in the indexing process; it also includes a great deal of quality, because the approval of records goes through several stages of review and quality control by the company and by the library before the record is approved.

It also provides other necessary services in addition to the indexing required by the presence of the work team on the customer's site, so that after the completion of the indexing can do all the work of preparing books on the shelves, through a specialized team located in the place.
Quality control guarantees
The platform provides the highest levels of quality control for bibliographic records, by relying on four levels according to four quality control standards:

First: automated indexing rules according to MARC 21 standard  Match the MARC standard (field numbers (crowns), pointers and subfields) and apply punctuation marks for each field.

Second: the descriptive indexing rules according to the Anglo-American indexing rules This is in accordance with the special description rules for the various vessels acquired by the library and the application of their punctuation marks.

Third: Thematic indexing rules Matching lists and authority control rules approved by the library and review and add classification numbers.

Fourth: grammar and spelling This corrects spelling errors according to the rules of spelling and spelling, especially in the Arabic language.

The platform provides a complete commitment to the customer that the error rate that can be contained in the registrations does not exceed 2% of the supplied records. This is within a precise measurement and follow-up mechanism that is provided to the customer before starting the project, and as it appears in the conditions and instructions related to both parties in the contract.
Indexing levels
There are several factors that determine the general policy of indexing used in any office institution, depending on the type of library and the type of pioneers and their allocation and the financial resources that are available to them.
Generally speaking, indexing levels can be divided into two main levels although they can be divided into more than that, they are represented in: The lowest level that is accepted by any index and responds to the issue and retrieval, and the full level that has broader information and data.

In the language of indexing, these levels can be divided as follows:
The first level: the lower level (mandatory fields); which only includes the major fields such as author, title of book, publication and securitization data.

Second level: Full level (mandatory fields, mandatory fields if applicable, and optional fields). Which includes, in addition to the previous data, the objective examination of the two parts, classification, heads of subjects, various notes (insights) and additional entries, which is the full level; it includes all fields with their three levels: compulsory and compulsory if applicable and optional.
As for the original indexing of Arab and foreign groups
Depending on the information that is provided to us by the library officials, the most appropriate way to implement the project is studied at the lowest cost while ensuring the highest quality standards. And benefit from the experienced team consisting of indexers and auditors with high quality. With a work team on site to prepare for the work of the indexing team, the work will be as follows:

• The library provides a detailed working document of its classification policy that must be adhered to in a disciplined and specific manner, and the reference is in the chapter when it is different.
The company provides a selected sample of indexing to 25 records to evaluate performance, so that this sample is a reference in the evaluation of the company's performance.
• The library provides a size room suitable for the work of the team.
The company team does the following:

• Performing group indexing works as follows:
o Descriptive indexing: depending on the title page and other graphic information sources.
o Objective indexing: According to the objective exploration tools identified by the library. The company shall abide by a minimum of 3 subject headings per record provided that the header lists provided by the customer allow it.
o Classification: Depending on the classification scheme defined by the library.
•Quality verification stage at two main levels:
o Quality control for descriptive indexing.
o Quality Control for Objective Indexing and Classification.
 • The company is committed to delivering the records in batches of 10,000 records with priority given.
Project quality assurance and error handling
Quality monitoring and assurance is something the company needs to do before handing out indexed addresses to the library.  Quality assurance is as follows:
• Interim evaluation and periodic review of the database
The company internally performs a phased evaluation of the quality of the data entered in the database to ensure consistency and normality in authority files (authors, topics and standard addresses) in addition to auditing in the fixed and changing bibliographic fields in the records. The work progress is monitored by the libraries consultant to follow up the implementation, with partial reports prepared for each stage of implementation, and the company project manager is always informed of these reports.

• Final evaluation of database quality
After completing the data entry of all Arabic and foreign books in the library system database, a specific period will be allocated to conduct a final evaluation of the quality of the database and correct all errors in the base, and the company is committed to delivering the product within the agreed error rate of 2%, unless less.
